Booking a day out should not depend on how you read, hear, point or type. Tourlies is built so that a screen reader, a keyboard, a switch, a magnifier or a phone held one-handed on a bus can find an experience, book it, change it and get through the door with the voucher — and so that when something falls short, you can tell us and we fix it.
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the traveller site, the booking flow, the voucher, the account and the help centre, and to the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, in force since 28 June 2025) for the services it covers. The operator portal and the admin console are held to the same standard.
In practice that means: every control works from the keyboard and shows where focus is; images that carry meaning have text; form fields have labels and their errors are announced; colour is never the only signal; text can be resized to 200% without losing anything; motion respects reduce motion; dialogs trap focus and close with Escape; and the whole site reads in a sensible order with headings, landmarks and a skip link.
We are honest about what is not there yet. As of the review date:
If something on Tourlies is hard or impossible to use with your assistive technology, write to access@tourlies.com or use the help form. Say which page, what you were trying to do, and what technology you use. A person answers within two working days, and if we cannot fix it straight away we will complete your booking with you by email or phone at no extra cost.
If you are in the European Union and are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the market-surveillance authority for accessibility in your member state. In the United States, Tourlies is a place of public accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and treats this statement as its ADA web-accessibility commitment.
We re-check the site against this statement after every significant release and at least twice a year, and update the review date above. Material changes are noted in the privacy policy's change log where they touch personal data.
